Toyota is making some big changes to their lineup for 2019 including some updates to the Toyota Yaris sedan variant. The 2018 Toyota Yaris iA will be morphing into the 2019 Toyota Yaris Sedan to reflect the change from one available trim level in the Yaris iA to three available trim levels for the new model. The choice of three trims helps to broaden the appeal of the Yaris Sedan beyond budget-minded shoppers. Find additional information on the 2019 Toyota Yaris Sedan trim levels and features below.
2019 Toyota Yaris Sedan Trim Levels and Features
Like we mentioned above, the 2019 Toyota Yaris Sedan will be available in three trim levels: L, LE, XLE. While we don’t have a full breakdown of features available by trim level quite yet, we do know the L trim will be a sporty variant that focuses on a budget-friendly price tag. Car shoppers can expect to see standard features like available satellite radio, power side mirrors, Bluetooth connectivity, a rearview camera, push button start, and more.
The top-level XLE trim will add higher end amenities that may appeal to car shoppers looking for something a little extra including leather-wrapped interior accessories, automatic climate control, power side mirrors with LED turn signal indicators, illuminated entry, a Toyota Smart Key system, and more.
Standard and Available Safety
While the 2019 Toyota Yaris Sedan will not be equipped with a standard Toyota Safety Sense system, car shoppers will be happy to hear that some active safety systems including a low-speed forward collision warning system, a rearview camera, and brake assist will come standard on every trim.
