2020 Toyota Corolla and Toyota Corolla Hybrid were named Green Car of the Year®

The eleven-member panel deliberated about several vehicles, and ultimately decided to give this award to the 2020 Toyota Corolla and the Corolla Hybrid. The Toyota Corolla was redesigned for the 2020 model year, and an improved fuel economy came along with the redesign. It gets an estimated 30 mpg in the city, 38 mpg on the highway, and 33 mpg combined. In addition, the Toyota Corolla Hybrid is new for the model year 2020. It gets an estimated fuel economy of 53 mpg in the city, 52 mpg on the highway, and 52 mpg combined.
