2018 Knox Shamrock Fest

The 2018 Knox Shamrock Fest is fun for the whole family. This kid-friendly event will kick off on Friday March 16th at 3 pm and run through Saturday March 17th at 10pm. Events and activities will include Irish dancing, bagpipes, live entertainment, bounce houses, games, and more. There will also be a Lucky Kidney Run on Saturday morning in Market Square.

Pub Crawl with The Bearded Band

This St. Patrick’s Day event is for guests 21 and up. Join The Bearded Band and your Knoxville neighbors at Boyd’s Jig and Reel at 5pm on Saturday, March 17th for a good old-fashioned St. Patrick’s Day pub crawl. Wristbands for the event are $10 at the door and live music will be featured around 10pm.

2018 Knox St. Patrick’s Parade

The 2018 Knox St. Patrick’s Parade will take place on Saturday, March 17th at 1pm. The parade route will run from Howard Baker Jr. Blvd through Church Street, Gay Street, and finally Jackson Avenue where it will end near Barley’s. Along with the parade, a Cel-O’bragh-tion will be taking place in Krutch Park Extension beginning at 11am and going through 8pm featuring an inflatable pub, live music, food for purchase, games, and more.

Barley’s St. Patrick’s Day 5K & 10K

Run off all of the food and drinks from the previous day at the Barley’s St. Patrick’s Day 5k & 10k run on Sunday, March 18th at 2pm. All proceeds for the event will be donated to the Emily’s Power For A Cure Foundation to aid neuroblastoma research. Racers will receive a t-shirt, pizza, and two free beers (must be 21+ for free drinks). Anyone interested in the race can sign up online or at Barley’s Taproom on March 17th from 2-6pm.
