What is the current battery warranty?
Say that you went and purchased a 2019 Toyota vehicle that was a Hybrid, Plug-in, or Fuel Cell. The battery in your vehicle would be covered for 8 years or 100,000 miles, whichever came first. The nice thing about the new 10 year/150,000-mile warranty is that it covers not only the original owners, but the next owners as well until the vehicle is 10 years old or has 150,000 miles.
