When i bought my car from Fox Toyota I was surprised at how good I was treated. I met the whole sales team it seemed like anyway. I've never had an experience buying a car like that before. They definitely appreciated my business and they gave my family free snacks while we waited for the deal to be put together. I dont think it even took 1 hour to get out the door once I was finished with the test drive. I would definitely do business with Fox Toyota again. Stopped by Fox Toyota in Clinton, TN to look at a 2026 Toyota Tacoma TRD that i was interested in and the moment my wife and I walked up to the door Austin Emert, the sales consultant, greeted us and was very friendly and helpful in helping answer any questions that we had. We were also greeted by Kenny Buckner, the showroom manager. Both gentlemen were extremely nice and helpful and made us feel very welcome during our visit. We made the decision to purchase the truck. We not one time felt pressured at all to purchase anything. The experience was very pleasant and we will definitely be returning anytime we need anything.

Sept. 29, 2025 @8:49a my life changed. I was sitting at a red light when a distracted driver ran into the back of me and totaled my 2003 Ford Taurus LE with less than 93,000 miles on her. That car saved my life! She was a tank, a 6 cylinder, get-up-and-go tank. I loved her and expected we would drive off into the sunset together. The driver of the other vehicle gave an alias and disappeared into an ambulance. I had full coverage insurance on this Taurus. Thank Goodness! My insurance company acted immediately to get me a rental car, for 30 days, to get me back on the road. But now what? I had only been in fender benders never had a vehicle totaled. I didn't know what to do or where to turn. A friend heard what happened and said, "I know a guy, William H., he works at Fox Toyota, call him." Ironically, I had decided a TOYOTA would be my next car. Knowing I would be paying a monthly car payment. I needed something that was RELIABLE, so I'm not making repairs to a car and trying to make a car payment at the same time, for me, not feasible. Two days later, I'm sitting in Clinton, TN at Fox Toyota, having drove from a different county, speaking to William. I hadn't purchased a car since 2005, my Taurus (RIP), and no car payment for 17 years. My conversation went something like this: wreck, car totaled, no money, HELP! The dealership staff... there will be an edit with names of all involved soon, went out of their way to make sure that I had a car. First things first, my rental car was due to go back in 3 days. No problem, left my rental car at Fox Toyota they sent me home with one of theirs no charge. They'd make sure that the rental company got their car back and they did! Next I chose my car a beautiful Pearl White 2026 Toyota Corolla LE. They discounted the car, then discounted the car again so I could get a payment that I could afford less than $400/month. INCLUDING at my request, gap insurance, extended warranty that will cover the length of the loan and ceramic coating. I was NOT pressured to purchase any of the above. The extended warranty and ceramic coating were also discounted by the dealership. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. They did the absolute impossible. All less than $400 a month. Something very important to me and I want to mention, this is a Christian based family owned Toyota dealership. Every Wednesday morning, before business opens , they have Bible study. They've been around since 1966, that's 60 YEARS. My Corolla and I will return in April 2026 for the first of the free maintenance service. I am still so very grateful to Fox Toyota and staff in Clinton, Tennessee. I will and would highly recommend them. Come on down and holler at William tell him Vickie sent you. 😁
