I wanted to give a big thanks to the folks at Fox Toyota. Everyone from my salesmen Elijah, to my service rep Johnathan have been nothing but professional and classy and represent this business extraordinarily well. I bought a 2018 GMC Yukon from them. 6 days after the purchase, we noticed a pretty serious problem with the rear suspension of the vehicle. I contacted Fox and they immediately told me to bring it back for them to diagnose and repair. In the meantime they gave me a brand new 2026 Highlander as a loaner which was awesome. Once the repairs were finished the covered them all and didn’t charge me a penny even though I bought the vehicle in “as is” condition. They did right by me and if I could leave 10 stars I would. Fox has been a pleasure to work with and I will be buying more cars from them in the future.

This dealership takes out the stereotypical dealership junk out of the equation. I service my 2023 4Runner here after using another dealer in Knoxville. The prices on service are unbeatable. One of the best things about their service is the friendliness of the advisors and their honesty. There is no pressure to perform unnecessary services unlike other dealers. I will continue to service my 4Runner at Fox until the day it dies!

I had a great experience at Fox Toyota in Clinton TN. Everyone was very helpful. I have been looking for a particular color of car. I found one online that was in production and due to arrive in a few weeks. I called and spoke to Tristin Wells. He told me I could put a deposit and he would hold the car. He kept me informed of the car’s progress. The car arrived on time. I went and picked it up and everything went smoothly. My thanks to Tristin, Ashley and the whole staff at Fox Toyota.

It was a good experience. Bryson helped us with a new-to-us 2021 Sienna in a no-pressure situation. When you are buying a vehicle, think about service after the sale. This was our second vehicle from Fox Toyota, so we already knew it was simple to schedule service online, get to the dealership for routine maintenance, navigate the parking lot, and pull right in to the service reception bays. We looked at a couple of vehicles at other dealerships, and service didn’t seem simple at all at those places. Fox Toyota is easy to work with, at better service prices than other places, and they’ll take care of your vehicle.

So after my ordeal this past weekend with Fox. I got a call today from Ryan White on my review and how unhappy I was with thing. This man is what ALL COMPANY'S NEED ON THERE TEAM TO MAKE THERE BUSINESS BE GREAT. We talked about situation and what happen. He was very nice about the situation.
