Very good experience dealing with Fox Toyota!

Got to the dealership late afternoon on a Friday. KC didn’t hesitate as we had come to look at a used vehicle. As we talked we brought up comparing new and he was very matter-of-fact and showed us comparison deals. He never pushed us toward anything. It was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had!

May 28th 2026. Purchased our second vehicle at Fix Toyota. Josh Edwards our salesman on this purchase was outstanding. Mike the sales manager was also very helpful. Absolutely the best car buying experience I have encountered on both purchases. Matt and Ryan were extremely helpful and accommodating. I Feel like we got a good deal. So after my ordeal this past weekend with Fox. I got a call today from Ryan White on my review and how unhappy I was with thing. It was a good experience. Bryson helped us with a new-to-us 2021 Sienna in a no-pressure situation. When you are buying a vehicle, think about service after the sale. This was our second vehicle from Fox Toyota, so we already knew it was simple to schedule service online, get to the dealership for routine maintenance, navigate the parking lot, and pull right in to the service reception bays. We looked at a couple of vehicles at other dealerships, and service didn’t seem simple at all at those places. Fox Toyota is easy to work with, at better service prices than other places, and they’ll take care of your vehicle.

This was truly the most painless car buying process I’ve ever experienced. We drove from Corbin, KY and very glad we did. Michael and Josh were very helpful and got the payment I wanted.
