Karl was a great guy, no pressure and listened to what I wanted and didn’t want. He was my contact, and nobody else came out while we were talking and visiting. Only complaint is when he went to ask for a price I was wanting, he went to a room where some people were, I guess the managers room and got his answer, which was no. At that time someone should have come out, Introduce themselves and become part of the process. Ifnitnrubbed me the wrong way I bet is does others. I was a VO of sales for a fortune 100 company for 33 years. Sales is sales…it’s people business.

We just purchased a new Tundra from Fox Toyota. There was no pressure and Guili took the time to answer all our questions and help us find exactly what we was looking for. After everything was done I had asked about purchasing a few add on items but the parts department was closed for the day. Guili called me the following week and got me prices on everything I had talked with him about and got everything set up for me to pick up. After that he called to verify I was happy with everything and there was no issues with anything I received. I have purchased several vehicles over the years and I have never had a salesman that has been so helpful even after making a sale. Was so easy to buy a car. They accepted the deal I wanted on my used nisson. They provided a 12 month 12000 mile warranty on a used 2018. That really surprised me. Im a senior citizen so hopefully it will be my last car purchase, but if needed, I would go back to fox Toyota.
